PayPal is a safe and simple way to make online payments. You can pay with money held in your PayPal account balance, or use PayPal to access another payment method, such as a credit card, debit card or your bank account. PayPal never shares your financial information with sellers or retailers. Your payment will be taken at the point at which you place your order. During the first 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request an exchange or refund of items in the specific order. To receive a refund you must return the item to us in perfect condition and accompanied by the original invoice. Delivery charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense, except for faulty goods where postage will be refunded accordingly. Boompods will not charge additional shipping on exchanged products. Refunds for returned merchandise will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card within two weeks of the refunded products arrival to Boompods customer service department.
Please report any damages or non-delivery immediately, no complaints for transit damage can be considered unless made in writing within 10 days of receipt of goods.
If you’re having trouble with your Boompods product, we ask that you check our support page first. If we still can’t resolve the issue after you have used the enquiry form provided on the support page, please send your item back with its original cables, and we will offer you a replacement or a full refund. If you are returning a damaged or faulty product, Boompods will pay the cost of your return. If your return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return.
